- Shipping & Delivery
We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for the majority of our shipping; what services are available will depend on your location, the item size and the item weight. We offer tracking and signature on delivery on all of our postage services; we can provide Authority to Leave upon request.

*Express Courier International is the only international postage service we currently offer.
**We only offer Toll Road Express on large & bulky items over 20kg or on urgent overnight deliveries to areas not serviced by Fastway Couriers. Please contact us before purchasing as we will need to organise a quote from Toll.
Our standard handling time is 3 business days. We often send most parcels the same day, however as we are dealing with second hand parts sometimes there will be holdups with some orders. We will contact you if this is the case and sort any issues as soon as possible.
- Returns & Replacements
Most of our items are used and in working order unless otherwise stated. Some parts may show signs of wear. Some of the parts may need cleaning before use or adapting to your bike. All items come as pictured unless otherwise stated. More pictures can be provided by request. Sometimes all cosmetic defects cannot be seen from the pictures but we do the most we can to describe parts accurately. We do not offer refunds on electrical parts, unless fitted by a licenced motorcycle mechanic and verified to be faulty upon arrival. We can and often do test stators and coils before sending them. Unfortunately due to their nature, we are often unable to test CDIs ourselves but we do what we can to not advertise faulty units.
We may accept returns/refunds on incorrectly ordered parts at our discretion; a 15% restocking fee will apply and we will not be liable for any postage costs.
If a part is found to be faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We can often offer a good replacement part at no extra cost. If this is not possible, we will refund the full purchase price as required by Australian consumer law.
